These conference rivals have been involved in several lower-scoring games of late, but everything finally points to a shootout at Chapel Hill on Wednesday in our opinion.

Cal is 8-8 after a 71-68 loss at Virginia Tech as a 7-point fav. Note though that the Golden Bears have seen the total go "over" in 4 of their last 5 off a SU/ATS home loss as a favorite.

UNC is 11-6 after a 63-61 win at NC State. The Tar Heels have seen the total go "under" in 5 straight, but note that UNC has seen the total go "over" 7 of their last 10 after playing to 5 or more straight "unders" in a row.

This one has "over" written all over it!
