This is a 10* play on the OVER Angels/Mariners.

Both Michael Lorenzen (6-3, 3.45 ERA) of the Angels and Robbie Ray (5-6, 4.52) of the Mariners come in off strong outings, but we feel that they're in the wrong place at the wrong time tonight.

The Angels won last night by a score of 4-1. Mike Trout hit a pair of two-run hom runs and Shohei Ohtani threw six scoreless. I had a play on the OVER in that one and while it came up short last night, I think the stage is now finally set for some offensive fireworks.

The Mariners have in fact seen the total go OVER in eight of their last 12 in trying to revenge a home loss against an opponent in which they were held to one or less runs in.

Lorenzen didn't fare well either in his lone start vs. the Mariners, as he's 0-0 with a 6.75 ERA vs. them.

Ray went seven scoreless in his last outing, but regression appears imminent here.
