These two teams are terrible. Neither will be in the playoffs. I just don't think the Thunder should be favored on the road here though despite the issues that Portland is going through.
The Thunder have been playing a bit better of late, at least ATS wise, as OKC has now covered in six straight. Note though that Oklahoma City is just 2-6 ATS in its last eight after five or more ATS covers in a row.
Portland plays with revenge here as well after a 96-93 loss to the Thunder as a 5.5-point favorite at the start of February.
The Blazers have lost three straight, both SU and ATS and I expect them to dig deep here and to, at the very least, take this contest right down to the wire.
In game that we see being decided by whichever team has its hands on the ball last, we're grabbing the points.
