The Lakers have been playing better of late. Russell Westbrook has been playing much better and "fitting in," while The King now leads the NBA in scoring.

LA is 2-1 in its last three, beating Toronto 128-123 in OT on the road, then losing 127-119 at Washington the following night. The Lakers then followed that up with a big 131-120 victory at Cleveland.

LA has seen the total go OVER in four straight. However, I expect a slower-pace finally here in Philadelphia.

The 76ers will look to take advantage of a Lakers team that will be without the services of big man Anthony Davis still.

Philadlephia fell 93-88 to Toronto, but then bounced back with a 113-106 win over Miami the following night.

The 76ers though average just 108.5 PPG, which is ranked 21st, while LA averages 111.5, ranked 12th.

We don't expect either side to reach its seasonal offensive average here though, as all signs finally point to more of a defensive affair.
