THE INSIDERS ROOM'S 10* NLCS TOP TOTAL (+2,000 ALL PREMIUMS!)
(MLB) LA Dodgers vs. Atlanta,
Total: 9.50 | -120.00 Under
Result: Loss
Total: 9.50 | -120.00 Under
Result: Loss
This is a 10* TOP TOTAL on the UNDER Dodgers/Braves.
Atlanta finally stumbled in Game 3. I didn't see that coming. The Dodgers scored 11 runs in the top of the first, en route to a 15-3 victory.
While the last two games have blasted past the posted number, I finally expect a lower-scoring affair here in this critical Game 3. It's critical for both teams obviously, as the Braves would then have a commanding 3-1 series lead with a victory, while the Dodgers would be right back in it tied at 2-2.
Clayton Kershaw gets the call for the Dodgers and he went 6-2 with a 2.16 ERA in the regular season. He's so far 2-0 with a 1.93 ERA in the playoffs.
Bryse Wilson counters for Atlanta. He was 1-0 with a 4.02 ERA in the regular season. However he did make two starts this year and in those appearances he allowed just one run over eight innings for a 1.13 ERA.
Note that ATL has seen the total go "under" the number in eight of its last 11 after allowing 15 or more runs in a loss in its previous outing, while LA has seen the total dip below the posted number in seven of its last 11 after scoring 12 or more runs in a victory in its previous contest.
Look for this one to sneak "under" once it's all said and done!
Good luck, NP
