I think the Rays have a legitimate shot at winning this game outright obviously, but when considering the price for the extra 1.5 runs, I think the value is definitely on the RUN LINE for this "visiting" side today.
New York has struggled with pitching consistency and its offense is not able to mask those problems vs. this deep and talented Rays hitting line-up.
These starters are a "wash," but Tampa has a considerable advantage with its bullpen and closers, a unit which has posted a sharp 3.48 ERA in the playoffs collectively so far.
The Rays have dominated this series throughout this weird and abbreviated season and I expect that trend to carry over here.
