This is a 10* AFC TOTAL OF THE MONTH on the UNDER Bills/Raiders.
Buffalo was one of the best defensive teams in the league last year, but so far it's struggled on that side of the ball.
The Bills had a decent offense last season, but that's been their strong point so far in the early going in 2020. It's a complete reversal in the early going, as all three of Buffalo's games have flown OVER the number and the Bills are subsequently 3-0. Last week they barely held on for the 35-32 win over the Rams, going up big early and then taking the foot off the gas on the defensive side in the second half.
Suffice it to say, I don't expect that to happen again here vs. this dangerous Raiders team. Despite its perfect record, clearly the Bills can't be happy with the way they've performed defensively to this point.
The Raiders are 2-1 SU/ATS. Last week they lost 36-20 at New England. All three of their games have flown OVER as well to this point. The week before they beat the Saints 34-20.
With a game at Kansas City next week though, followed by a home game vs. Tom Brady and the Bucs, I think LV is going to be caught looking ahead.
The travel for both teams from last week also becomes a factor here, as fatigue sets in at this point of the season.
We've seen some incredibly high-scoring games so far in the early going this year, but I think this lop-sided trend starts correcting itself.
