Everybody overreacts after Week 1. The Vikings are not as bad as they showed in Week 1 against Tampa Bay. The Eagles had some issues with the Patriots and most Super Bowl losing teams struggle the following season. That's not to say the Eagles are bad, but losing both coordinators and several key players will catch up with you, especially early in the season. They'll struggle with Jordan Addison and Justin Jefferson as starting corner James Bradberry and starting safety Reed Blankenship are both out in this game.
