Im on the Lakers at home -11 vs the Nets for these reasons:

- This is the Lakers 3rd straight home game, and they rested on Thursday night. This will be the Nets 5th straight road game off one nights rest heading into this one. Lakers get another days rest afterwards before they drive up the street to play the Clippers on Sunday, so they will go all out here.

- Nets have an injury list, and this number will rise if Cam Johnson who is questionable, misses the game tonight. The Nets have been getting dog walked by good rosters: lost by 59 to the clippers last outing, by 19 at Denver, by 14 vs the Pacers, and by 29 to the 76ers. There is no reason why the lakers should not win by atleast 15 here.

- Matchups favor Lakers, because Ben Simmons is no threat offensively and cannot defend LeBron James who will be able to play point guard with his support players also being much better than the nets starters. Anthony Davis should be the key to opening the scoring onslaught because Nick Claxton is not big enough to contain a player like Anthony Davis. The rebound advantage goes to LA, the 3pt advantage goes to LA, the better roster and bench players are on LAs side too, so we can expect the bench to be playing most of this 4th quarter as the Nets spiral into submission.
