NCAAF - Penn State vs Notre Dame
(NCAAF) Fighting Irish (ND) vs. Nittany Lions (PSU),
Money Line: -102.00 Nittany Lions (PSU) (Home)
Result: Loss
I’m on Penn State to win this game over Notre Dame for these reasons:

- Drew Allar hasn’t had the need to show exemplary talent yet and he’s going to need to today vs a Notre Dame team that looked good vs Georgia, but also showed weaknesses that I see Allar exploiting tonight. The running attack for Georgia was not hopeless, and neither was the deep throws early on. The Linebackers over the middle are where the Penn State Stud TE Warren will wreak havoc, and that will also open up the run game where Penn State have 2 solid options to get up field.

- Speaking of rushing, Allar hasn’t had to do a lot of that, but at +300 odds for him to run one in, I’d be on that for sure, given how the QB Gunnar from UGA had no issues scrambling for tough yards and nearly scored on one of the drives if he kept his legs.

- Riley Leonard won’t have the lanes he had be Georgia. Georgia was not a run stopping unit, so they had the means to dictate the pace, time of possession and pressure on Georgia to look for big plays up field. That’s not what Penn state does or will have to do, so I see this Penn State defense matching the physicality on both sides of the ball, and seeing who can convert 3rd downs at a higher rate to get points. A pickem game if I’ve ever seen one.
